Any State/Nat'l Parks Etc. to Shoot Around DFW?
Just like the topic says, I'm looking for the/any State or National Park around DFW that would allow my range buddies and I to road trip out to and shoot outdoors. The indoor/outdoor scene in the city is too crowded and restrictive - we'd like a place to head out to, maybe do some hiking, set up watermelons or cans or the like (we'll clean up, Scout's honor 
) and do some shooting. Any suggestions?
(forgive me if I'm missing some obvious problem about the legality of shooting in State or Nat'l parks - I'm ashamed to admit it, but I know very little about the matter).
