I forgot to sign the "Charge Authorization" or some nonsense like that.
Which was silly, since they had charged my CC 3 weeks before.
Don't sweat it.
Fax it in if you can, mail it in FOR SURE.
They had told me via phone that Faxing was no problem.
Until they called me 10 days later to tell me that it couldn't be faxed.
Then they called me back 2 hours later saying that they had received it in the mail.
