I had one of these set up in a single stage press on my bench, while reloading on a progressive. If I found the need to pull a bullet (usually during set-up of caliber change over), it was very convenient to pop it in the single stage press and pull it, no hammering on anything, and much quicker and quieter than the "kinetic" style pullers.
