I live very close to there and although it's not the cleanest establishment the people running it are very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
It's so close to my home it's just to convenient to pass up.
Except for Shiloh gun range where I went to qualify for my yet to be delivered CHL plastic the 59 range was the only indoor range I had ever visited.
That area of town has been in the dumps for close to two decades so if you go there to shoot dont expect a white glove establishment.
