That link doesn't quite work. I understand that Perry was the only one to vote against it. I wonder if (assuming there are CHL holders in the state rep and senators) they will continue to carry anyways. Reminds me of when they voted to require two license plates on every vehicle, and then John Kelso video taped half the officials vehicles leaving the capitol grounds, lacking a front plate. Darned hypocrites!
