How about by zipcode? I know a number of the GPS packages can identify by zipcode polygon. (Hey, not trying to make it harder... just thought this may be a way to deal with jagged97's requested feature)Russell wrote:jagged97 wrote:hey russell!
as others have already expressed, THANK YOU for an awesome service that you are providing to our community.
in response to your request, i would love to be able to request emails for updates by a region rather than individual cities. here in Dallas/Fort Worth, being able to only select 5 cities is pretty limiting. many of us go through more than five cities just going to church on sunday morning. i live in Euless, and we surrounded Bedford, Hurst, Grapevine, Colleyville, Irving, Arlington, Fort Worth and others.
thanks again.
Good idea! Unfortunately though the ability to detect regions, or, for example do "50 miles around 77840" is extremely difficult I can however add a second row of cities in the next update and allow 10 cities to be entered if you think that would be a good compromise? You're the first to ask for more cities in the watch list, so if you can tell me how many you think would be helpful to you I can probably make it happen
