To whom was the stipulation? Who said you could not have weapons or ammo in the house? What would have been the consequence for you had you not complied?

His parole officer. I had to meet him and he checked my background and the stipulation was on me that I had to remove weapons and ammo from the premises. While not directly addressed, it sounded like if weapons and ammo was present on the premises while he was here, then I could be considered an accomplice.

About a year and half ago, a friend of mine got out of prison. Till he could get a place, he stayed with me for about 3 weeks. The stipulation was I could have no weapons or ammo in the house. Since he has moved out, I don't have to comply with that any longer. I just need to be sure he cannot get to it. And if I'm wearing and its concealed, he can't.
