They needed to post a red 51% sign ... that would have done it. Oh... and a gun buster too. They were just too light on signs!
I think it was the lack of unlicensed carry sign. I'm sure that would've done it.

It's funny, I noticed it right away and then I saw your comment after the fact. Maybe the BG figured it didn't apply to him since he clearly did not have a handgun.
