There are currently & have been others that make the same long drive. We do have accommodations for officers who may choose to stay onsite between shifts. At one time while I worked here there were 3 guys staying during the time they worked, then they went home for their off days.

We are hiring again. Day shift & Night Shift. We are also looking for additional Personal Protection Officers. Those guys get paid a bit more.
We actually get paid to drive around a ranch carrying guns!

I was just reposting what my supervisor posted in the craigslist ad. And considering some of the people that were hired last year & this year, I'm not so sure of how much salt can be put into that. If somebody were short &/or overweight but were qualified or even just had a good "presence" then they would be considered for the job. If somebody were interested in working night shift, then that would definitely increase their chances ;) I am the only one who currently prefers nights, but I have always been that way.
