Just because we live in a location that "that" should not happen, and we still go see what went bump in the night... Don't equate that to doing so unprepared for what MIGHT happen.
I'm sorry that woman found trouble in a place she thought there would be none...I wish she had been better aware of her surroundings and never had to go through that...... THIS would have been a better option.
