Well it's a crime by all federal standards and most normal folks to be in the country illegally.. Only the POTUS and his fine fellow believe otherwise.3dfxMM wrote:What crime would that be?

While I would agree with all here, the act was irresponsible, it's NOT against the law for a minor in Texas to consume alcohol when under direct parental supervision. as far as I have been led to understand..ajwakeboarder wrote:I should think so. (a-b) A minor commits an offense if they consume alcohol unless they are in the visible presence of, and have the consent of their adult parent, legal guardian, or spouse.
You can disagree with the law, but personal ideals and morels do not come into the deal.. when the law clearly states otherwise.
