Springfield was great to work with.. the ONLY company that let the individual buyer of the Military group buy pick any model, any options, any text on the slide..

We paid a flat fee for the crest and 23 characters of text..Then great base price on the model we wanted.

Springfield pulled the guns from production sent them to the custom shop, and ran um though the engraver processes. It was a long wait , but worth it.

Only one, but it was never designed to be carried, a MDL27-3 commemorative, Image
it’s a safe queen I bought 20 years ago not really know why I bought it other than it was there and I was a young Soldier in Germany that spent all my free time shooting.

My Springfield commemorative from my last deployment is my daily carry gun. Image

The (Colt MDL 01091) commemorative we are buying this deployment will be a shooter for sure.
