The law does state as I understand it..
It is unfortunate that we are left with a LEO’s initial decision on the situation as to “intentional” “Knowingly” and “recklessly”...but it is what it is.It is unlawful to intentionally, knowingly or recklessly carry on or about one’s person a handgun in a motor vehicle if the handgun is in plain view.
Confidence and what longtooth posted above is what allows you to carry every day in all (legal) situations and go otherwise unnoticed... .. Worked for me in Alaska, Oregon, Washington and will work for me now in Texas.
