Um, I'm not sure, but I just figured to get everything uniformed. There's no charge and it's very easy.

Address changes: for Hunter's Ed Cert submitted 10/2/10, recv'd 5 days later...for CHL submitted 10/2/10, recv'd 6 days later...for TXDL submitted 9/17/10, haven't recv'd as of yet.

2 quick questions....1) How long do we have as far as grace period, after we move, to change our address, and 2) Is it unlawful to carry before updating your address during the grace period??
