Re: Pocket carry with no holster
"absolutely always carry with something covering the trigger, that's why you have pocket holsters. safeties can get disengaged, things can catch in the trigger. NDs result." Well said. One of the most cost effective pocket holsters around is the Desantis Nemesis, available on the 'net and...

I'll probably buy some OWB holsters for comfort on my tight pants/shorts but dress the same as CC.

Re: Carry Advice Needed
My carry platform is standardized on Glock - 17, 19 and 21sf. I found carrying a 19 was not much harder/different than a 26 so I traded it (although at some point I'll get a 26 back in the stable.) If you want another carry piece I would suggest a SW 642 for pocket carry. I carry the Glocks when out...

Sold - please delete - Glock 19/ 23 / 32 IWB Kydex Holster &
Selling like new Glock 19/ 23 / 32 Inside The Waist Band (IWB) Kydex Holster and Mag Carrier. I've worn the set maybe 4-5 times and decided its not for me. Good quality fit and finish with .08 kydex, forward cant and adjustable retention. Fits my G19 perfectly - no issues. The mag carrier is IWB but...

Re: recommendations for a 1 3/4" belt
I just bought a 511 Tactical at Gander Mountain a couple of weeks ago. Right around $45.00. It's my first gun belt as opposed to a heavy belt. With only a couple of weeks, I obviously can't comment on durability, but it certainly does do a better job with my holster. I also ordered the leather loop...

Re: Diversifying calibers
***update*** After reading through the comments I decded to go for a 45 next. I happened to check our local gun trader website late in the afternoon and to my surprise found a freshly listed G21SF. The owner was motivated to sell and we settled on 500. I got a heck of a deal! The gun and accessories...

Re: Diversifying calibers
That was my original thought, but I see a few pre-owned G22/G23s out there at very reasonable prices where adding a conversion barrel would about equal a G21.karder wrote: If I were in your shoes I would probably go .45 for my next caliber as I think it is a good compliment to 9mm.
