The Paris of California? When I've been to Paris I saw no such squalor that San Francisco has become. I've walked, riden all over Paris and thought is was a beautiful city, and quite clean. I've also lived near the bay area for some years and was a frequent visitor to San Francisco and it was nothing like it is now.
Sorry, Paris has its problems too.

Well I guess it sure has changed. Never saw anything like that, but it's been 15 years since I was last there. So, to stroog, nevermind :shock: .
