It is important to note that your CHL must be issued by the state in which the school zone is located. IOW, if you have an out of state issued CHL, even though Texas may have reciprocity with that state, you are not exempt under federal law.jmra wrote:Grounds in this instance would be a football field or a soccer field (during an event), not the side walk.
