What I heard on the news was a report that "sitting" was as bad for your health as smoking. In other words, use it or lose it. If you let a car sit a long time you wil have troubles. Same for our body. Exercise and keep the fluids moving. Even weight lifting for us old guys. White hair. Thre was something in the news this week about maybe changing that.
