I know I'm the oddball here, but I like my DB380 and carry it.
I've never had issues with rounds getting stuck on the firing pin mid mag, only with a fresh mag after the trigger has been pulled.

The first 200 or so rounds, I had problems like failure to extract, stovepipes, etc.
After around 200 rounds it got more and more reliable to the point that I am now comfortable carrying it. I just doesn't seem to have the problems it had when it was new.

Although I am happy with the one I own, if I lost it, I'd probably go with a Keltek 380 instead since my Keltek P32 has been super reliable.
