I ordered a Tactipac Fusion in January and just got mine too. Today is my first day with it, and so far I can say it is extremely comfortable and I don't even notice it's there. I have also read about slipping on the kydex, and I have experienced that to a degree. I don't know that there is any solution, however becuse putting some tacking would only help if the pants are up against the kydex. I bought this holster for a tuckable concealment, so the kydex is up against my shirt- not my pants. So I do find some minor slipping, but so far it hasn't bothered me too much. When I stand up from a seating position, I just pull my beltline up a little bit. But that might be more of a body type/belly issue- your mileage may vary.
