I always wonder why anyone cares about irrelevant signage like that? It's simple, only if a building is compliant with law in prohibiting CHL holders from carrying or law itself prohibits it. Otherwise it doesn't deserve an time being wasted on it.

A lot of old invalid signage still exists out of shear laziness or the simple fact that no one ever thought anything about it in the first place and probably has gotten so used to it being there they don't even realize it's there, or what it is.
