Hold on, He held the truck door CLOSED so you cannot get in.
In that case, he is using FORCE to prevent you from leaving. You could have drawn, and even shot if he didn't leave once you did. Keep in mind though, if you drew, they would have called the police in that situation as well, and police usually believe whoever calls first.

Either way, ALWAYS carry.
