The fact that Kagan, who was 100% complicit in advancing Obamacare as solicitor general, refuses to recuse herself is a perfect example of how BHO has pushed people into the SCOTUS who have nothing but contempt for the laws and traditions they are supposed to uphold. I can only imagine the quite rancor many of the other judges must hold for her as this case advances. There is no way she can be considered impartial in this case, yet she refuses to step aside.
