Um, the ATF _still_ requires it if you're not a US citizen. They're changing the rule, but it's not official yet. Not necessarily. Texas laws apply for CHL. The ATF doesn't dictate Texas CHL laws, although they like to think so sometimestimf79 wrote: I also assume what applies to purchasing a handgun applies to CHL elgibility.
