Agree regarding what type of right it is, but it's not the fact that the gun went off as much as it is, how he handled the gun and failed to carry it properly and responsibly. Driving is not a constitutionally protected activity, but we certainly don't revoke a driver's license because someone has an accident.

This ranks up there with killing or seriously injuring someone while DUI IMO. It was purely irresponsible. And in the case of killing from DUI, they should lose their privilege of driving.
Obviously, all this is just opinion, but I'm just supporting my original opinion.
