I e-mailed them on 12/7/09 for my pin and it was processing, I mailed it on 11/17/09 and check was cashed on 11/24/09. A long wait from what I've seen here with the december applications! some getting done in less than 3 weeks

Carried all day saturday and suprided at how comfortable it became, still gotta worry about bending over. I forced myself to wear a t-shirt all day to get over the fear that everyone is looking at me...

Call DPS, they're not very nice, but you can at least complain. After a whole bunch of e-mails, I called one friday and they said it was printing, then the next tuesday, it was mailed. It can never hurt to call!
