Maybe the concern is liability for what could happen on duty if he's not 100% because of stress.

Anyone can be sued for anything, the judge is who determines it to be valid and the cost to defend a pointless lawsuit is less then a paid leave.
Sad but true. I know some people are just out to make a quick buck. I guess what I should have said is that it would be stupid to try to sue the city of Keller.....but then again some parts of society aren't all that bright to begin with.

Wilson will be placed on administrative leave while police further investigate the crime.
What I don't get is why the homeowner has been placed on administrative leave A) for a shooting at his own home, B) while off duty and C) is in a completely different city from where he is employeed....how does that work?
