I've been out of town and not keeping up with the weather. I had no idea it was going to be this nasty today. With the nice weather yesterday, I assumed it would be nice today. Being a native Texan, I should know better.
It sounds like this is a nice range and will be easy to get to since I live near the GB Tollroad.
I like the idea that is has a 50yd rifle range. I also like that the hand throwers (shotgun target clays) are included in the $10 range fee and we can bring our own Walmart clays. I usually shoot at Elm Fork. They don't have a 50yd rifle range and their practice clay range is the same price as the skeet field ($8.50/25 clays). Elm Fork is very nice, but it gets expensive when taking the family. Elm Fork pistol range is $15. Rifle range is $25. Pistol steel targets are $20 for 30 minutes.

Garland Public Shooting Range
I'm thinking about going to Galand Public Shooting Range tomorrow morning. With the nice weather on a Saturday morning, will it be crowded? I've never been to this range before. What can I expect in terms of available pistol lanes? 50 yard rifle ranges?
