Good point. You never hear of someone complaining about a loud party that he was participating in - or his own dog barking.

In College Station 26-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly impersonated a police officer and attempted to quiet loud party that was annoying him.

Oopsie.Because the man had two felony drug convictions, he was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon ...
