All the first-degree felonies have the same punishment, 5-99. It hardly matters which offense the person is convicted of.

Tyler: Woman invades wrong house
In Tyler Thursday a 51-year-old woman disguised as a man allegedly broke into a home and tied up the adult woman resident and three girls. The victims escaped through a window and sought help from a neighbor. Police surrounded the house and eventually extracted the suspect.
Police reported that the suspect had a stun gun, a knife, nunchukas, and a fake mustache. Police also stated that the suspect had previously been deported to Mexico for an immigration violation.
The suspect was trying to collect a debt, but got the wrong house.
