I'll bet the police know their daddies' address and inmate number.
The juvenile justice system is ineffective. The kids don't take it seriously. They just go to court, fidget, roll their eyes, and carry on with their usual behavior.
They need someone to slap them upside the head and yell at them repeatedly—but who will do it?

In Hot Springs, Arkansas, Monday a 14-year-old boy shot a "suspected" teenage burglar who was allegedly trying to break into the home with two accomplices.
