I can't argue with that, unfortunately. I belong to a membership club and have examined the logs. Only about 1% of the membership shoots in a week. It's true that CHL holders are a small percentage of the population, but they are probably a more affluent group than average. Merchants also have to take into account that each individual CHL holder influence friends and relatives who are not CHL holders.
