Pennsylvania open-carry fiasco

http://www.thetimes-tribune.com/site/ne ... 898&rfi=15

A group of men went to a restaurant openly wearing handguns in some cases. A few had concealed-carry permits. One was an FFL, apparently allowed to carry concealed without a license in Pennsylvania. Alarmed patrons called the police, who confiscated weapons and filed charges. They held one man for an hour. Apparently none of them were booked.

Several of the charges were legally defective, such as carrying a concealed weapon when the weapon was worn openly, or possessing an unregistered weapon -- Pennsylvania does not have registration.

In the end, all charges were dropped and weapons returned.
