That is true for a CHL, but it still applies for firearms purchases through an FFL.
So, if the 90-day thing (actually, isn't it 180 days?) is no longer a valid CHL requirement, aren't you, in a round-a-bout way, still required to have a residency minimum, because you have to meet condition (9)?
