My friend has a two tone XD 9mm and it's fun to shoot. I don't own any polymer guns....used to but don't anymore. I have SIGs, Berettas, Colts, Sphinx, Ruger Hunter .22 and one lonely little S&W .22 magnum revolver. Maybe I DO need to add an XD to my little family......hmmmmmmmm!!!
I used to live in Alief a thousand years ago when Mission Bend was just having the land cleared for the subdivision.....sounds as if the Houston area has a lot more guns activities going on than the DFW area.....

I'm a long time shooter and looked into joining the DIVAS but also decided against it as their agenda did not match mine. The description of square peg in a round hole is perfect. I've never seen very many women at the indoor ranges that I frequent and certainly not together as a group. I once went to Bullet Trap on their "ladies night" and there wasn't one woman there (I think prices were reduced or something like that). I was so very disappointed. Oh well..............I got one friend interested in guns and I am able to drag her to the range every so often (and she even got her carry license and purchased some guns) so I can't complain. Guess it's no better in the Houston area than Dallas.
