Break even?????? I do this for the relaxation. I guess eventually there is a break even point, but that's not why I reload.
Also keeps me out of the wife's way.

I actually found one that didn't load all the powder. The powder got stuck in the funnel. One load had 2.1 grains and the next load had over 6 grains.
Do a visual look in all cartridges before pressing bullet in.

Just back from the range. Everything went great. :cheers2:
Cast and loaded 9mm and 45 cal, shot many rounds of both with no issues. :woohoo
Had one FTE but I think I limp wristed as I was very nervous.

I'm hooked now. :fire :fire :fire

Thanks for the replies. All safety precautions that I know have been followed. Can't go to go to the range until next week.
I will give a full report when I get back from the range.

Nervous--Update

Just finished my first round of making my own ammo. Cast lead myself, deprimed and primed brass, loaded em up.
I am very nervous about going to the range. Is this normal?
I don't want to blow up any guns or my hand.
All loads are mid range +- .1 grain and all precautions that I know have been followed.
What are some things that I should be aware of while shooting? :fire :headscratch
