Interesting thought. I do hesitate to ride bicycles around here just because of having to share the road with so many speeding cars. May be the reason that so many bicyclists here tend to ignore the laws as well: They have an incentive to do so.

But, since this driver reportedly "veered off the road," the bicyclist seems to have been riding properly. I believe the Denver area is appreciative of bicyclists as well.

What to say? I'm so pleased that we have our group here who take the time to think about legalities and how they affect others. I thank God for caring, respectful citizens, and pray our country will soon come back to sanity.
