many don't agree with your synopsis. To each their own.
I don't agree!! Anyone not carrying one in the chamber has the wrong handgun and should replace with one that he is comfortable with.

There is no circumstance where an empty chamber in a semi-auto is justified.
I agree 100%. A friend of my is a CHL in Georgia and was in town a few weeks ago. When we went out he was *shocked* I carried one in the pipe. I told him I was shocked he didn't carry it loaded.

So nobody has asked if Gov. Perry actually has a CHL. The property he is living on is in a residential neighborhood so I doubt he has his own jogging trails. If he doesn't have his plastic he could be in a heap of trouble, however doubtfull. He has to follow the law too doesn't he?
