The location is roughly 2 miles east of Wilmer, about 20 miles south of Dallas down I-45
Seriously it is a great spot. I think he limits the number of keys to the gate, but not sure how many he does. I've heard it is limited to 150. I have been going there for about four years now.
No Sir you can not duplicate this key.
It is a Mul-T-Lock system. Keys have to be purchased from them and can not be copied easily.

He goes out to the property every January 1 and cuts off the old lock and installs a new one. If you pay your lease, you have a new key mailed to you in December.
On top of that, everyone helps police each others activities there. You have to shoot at right angle across the river, or at the end of the property, there are 400 yard targets you can shoot at.
He also has game cameras up in the trees to monitor access.
