Seems to me like .... those who cross the border and make it get a free pass ... just an observation. That's how Liberals are making the laws it seems. Might get free college or whatever too if things keep going the way they are.
Problem is still that "selective enforcement" might be an issue, Martin Luther King had problems with that too, trying to get a carry license ...
