And NJ bans hollow point ammo period.
Without commenting how dumb a position that is, I do wonder about their definitions.
Example:
The Hornady Critical Defense or ZombieMax bullets aren't hollow at all, but instead are FULL-filled with some sort of plastic/rubbery substance to aid in expansion .... not hollow ...

Pre-fragmented bullets aren't hollow

I recall long ago stories of people cutting a cross in the nose of a bullet.

Crazy laws.
