When I sit down, it feels like the gun is either pushing against a bone or the barrel is digging into my back pocket, pushing on my wallet. Also, probably due to my pant size, when wearing the gun, it is difficult to get my wallet out of my pocket.
I positioned the holster so that the edge of the barrel is just to the edge of where my wallet normally rests, a
That's the *why* of why I wear a SUBcompact Glock 26 instead of a COMPACT Glock 19.
Shorter slide, even though I use Glock 19 and Glock 17 magazines with grip spacers in it, (so my capacity is still 18+1 or 20+1 with Pierce +3 Grips)... guys with smaller rear bumpers need shorter slides when sitting. I actually use an extended barrel, so barrel length is the same as a Glock 19, capacity equal to or greater than a 19, but the thick (long) clunky slide problem goes away with the Subcompact at 3:00 Prevents the mystery *CLUNK* on the wooden church pew, metal folding chairs etc
Try moving from 4:00 to 3:00, that solved a lot of issues for me, change takes a while to get used to, then one day you realize, so that's why western gun belts had the gun at 3:00 .... I use a Desantis Tuck This 2 about 100% of the time with a CompTac belt with the Velcro sewn in and I add sticky back Velcro to the holster's clip that goes under the belt, but I also have the hybrids which work well at 3:00 when I don't want to use the Tuck This 2
