to search, I search both web and news
usually I search "last 24 hours" or "last week"
I search with operator combinations of

shot

burglar
Invasion
invader
intruder
robber

then I scan through and find where good guys win .... but only if they are armed.

I know this was posted in another thread here and someone else here found it, but I love the fact of the licensee sweeping the kids to safety, Robber who shot a gun during robbery at Barber Shop killed by customer getting a haircut
