Grand Rapids Police are investigating a late night shooting near Gerald R. Ford Middle School.

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Delaware Street SE, near Madison Avenue. There, officers say someone shot a man on a bicycle.

I bet some velcro could be sewn onto the opposite side so that a soft holster could be attached to that. That have some other nice bags too.
Thanks, I had looked for a type of Paniers/saddlebags which haven't been made since the 70s probably so am making my own, but I like this too ...

Maybe Wilderness Safepacker is a possibility depending on the bike' the rear securing flap shown in bottom video on a seatbelt can attach to nearly anything hang from a rack or luggage rack bar (or handlebars maybe-I haven't tried it, I carry IWB when on bike... if you want me to try it, lemme know), but it isn't a gunsafe so you don't want to leave it on a bike and go in a store etc.
