I commented where allowed on many articles about insurance rates, based on my 25 years experience working as an Assistant in a Plaintiff's firm where one manager was a former insurance agency owner, but hadn't mentioned Texas Tort Claims Act immunity etc .... good that someone actually contacted HCC/ACC etc and did the research into the allegations :thumbs2:

(I only mentioned the Immunity in SB 354/Amendment 7 versus no similar Immunity paragraphs in some HOUSE Bills, hoping that 354 gets less resistance, compared to the perceived "risk"n of getting a house bill with no immunity passed later.)
