Drive-by shooting threat Killeen student five years probatio

UPDATE: Drive-by shooting threat lands Killeen student five years probation.
Derick Rhine, 17, was arrested making a terrorist threat Monday, January 12, at Killeen High School after threatening to shoot up the school.

According to the arrest report, the student was upset because someone poured milk on his shoes.

KISD Police stopped him in the parking lot and that's where he reportedly told police he was going to a friend's house to get a gun or a knife.
The assistant principle at Killeen High told police that Rhine would be suspended and placed in an alternative school.

Rhine reportedly went so far as to say that he would come back to Killeen High with his Crips (gang) friends and shoot up the school.

Monday, he pleaded guilty to the charge and was placed on five years probation.

Awwwe, he needs counseling and to read that book "I'm ok, you're ok" and to be told he has value and is a worthwhile individual and petted more and maybe a better cell phone would put him in a better mood and we can chip in and buy him a nice car so his anger would be dissipated and ...... perhaps some new shoes since milk was spilled on his.
