online images, like you upload to photobucket, have a link that goes between the [ img] [ /img] codes
With photobucket, you can just click the photo and there's a drop down box already containing the [ img] [ /img] codes and you can just click it there and it copies the whole code, and paste that here.
Images uploaded from your computer you upload at the bottom of this message composition pane ... where it says "upload attachment" tab, then browse to the file, then click the "Add The File" button,
