It's a Valid Sign, and It's a Legal Sign, It's just not enforceable :P
or maybe it's that it's hard for old dogs to be kicked ... I forget....I'm having one of those "I know what I meant to say, but said it wrong" days, every day for the last 2 weeks. Having worked in a law office so long, I used to express myself more precisely, but I'm blaming ragweed pollen for making my head so stuffy that my brain shrank or shrunk. I wasn't exactly on point, but got the idea across in a Dripping Springs parks posts too ... Maybe it's the antihistamines.
