Hard to believe any part of Mexico is a “region of extreme risk” since it has such strict gun control laws. A person could get 5 to 20 years in prison for having a single bullet.

It's basically all a "gun-free zone" so I'd feel safe there in any part of Mexico.

Gunmen kill student during bus hijacking
