I loosened the retention screws, but figure if it happens again if anyone notices a red light flashing in my pants, I'll say it's my moisture meter and I need to excuse myself to change Depends
Else I'll wear my old broken in holster outside the house, and the new one around the house until it's broken in ... but I did loosen it up some ... may need to heat the kydex a bit too though, dunno yet.
Lesson learned ... even if used to carrying, carry any new holster around the house a couple weeks before trusting it outside.
